The hotel provides packaged drinking water which is good. the location of the hotel is convenient for nearby attractions. the rooms are unhygienic as stated by guests; with hair and unclean bedsheets, pillows, and bathrooms. There is also an issue with amenities such as water, towels, soap, and Wi-Fi. Guests have complained that the hotel does not provide them. the staff service is unprofessional and rude. the breakfast which is supposed to be complementary is denied to guests without valid reasons.
The hotel facilities were inadequate.

We had a great stay with the hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness of the rooms, the friendly hotel staff, and the availability of packaged drinking water. The hotel location was also convenient for transportation and parking was easily accessible.

The packaged drinking water was a nice touch, and the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the area. the hotel had a comfortable bed and decent-sized room.
The cleanliness of the hotel was very underwhelming. Our room was not well-maintained and had multiple issues, such as hair on the bedding and unclean sheets.

The hotel was conveniently located near my meeting location and a nearby restaurant. the hotel offered complimentary packaged drinking water which was a plus. the room was adequately priced for my budget.
the room was unclean and seemed to have not been properly maintained.
